An unparalleled connection with the Cerrado, the crossing covers a distance of 4.9km, accompanied by a knowledgeable guide throughout the journey. At the foot of the red wall, more precisely on the boundary between the Formoso (São Francisco) and Corrente (Amazonas) rivers basins, the crossing reveals scenic beauty, a connection with the flora, and an understanding of the geological aspects of the region. The walk is moderately difficult and requires leg protector, pants and closed shoes. There is also an optional section with a rope descent from the wall.
