Gastronomy is a multi-sense experience where in each destination chefs create menus inspired in the native biodiversity, respecting the seasonality of ingredients. We favor local ingredients, organically produced at Fazenda Bananal, Fazenda Trijunção, RPPN Rio do Brasil, and from community farming.
