Where does food come from? Fazenda Bananal offers a ride through its SAFs and vegetable gardens where some of the food that supplies the Fazenda's restaurant, Pousada Literária, Quintal das Letras and Maria Panela.
The cuisine of Fazenda Bananal is a case in point. Under the concept of “from farm to table”, in the restaurant, cafeteria, picnic baskets, the native food and flavors are transformed into haute cuisine dishes. With massive windows, open spaces facing the forest and outdoor tables, the experience is even more integrated to nature.
